2. Optional Premium Products & Special Orders
In the event that Balyakal introduces optional physical activity kits, custom printed books, or premium digital bundles:
- Digital Purchases: Due to the immediate downloadable nature of digital products, digital sales are generally non-refundable once downloaded, unless technical errors prevent file delivery.
