About the Role

Balyakal is looking for a Teacher & Educational Resource Evaluator to review, analyze, and refine our growing library of screen-free printable worksheets, bedtime stories, and educational games.
We believe that learning tools should be engaging, age-appropriate, and pedagogically sound. In this role, you will have complete creative freedom to test our resources, suggest quality improvements, and propose fresh, fun learning concepts for children aged 3 to 10.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate existing Balyakal printable worksheets, Devanagari handwriting tools, and bedtime stories for educational accuracy and child engagement.
- Identify missing learning topics and propose new worksheet or game concepts for early childhood development (Preschool to Grade 5).
- Provide actionable feedback on line spacing, difficulty scaling, font readability, and age-appropriateness across our tools.
- Collaborate asynchronously with our content creation and development teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Background in teaching, primary education, child development, or curriculum planning.
- Passionate about screen-free learning, Devanagari literacy, and early childhood psychology.
- Creative mindset looking for opportunities outside standard school teaching routines.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and reliable communication.
